Obiettivo / Goals

La formazione di tutti i lavoratori, così come definiti dall’articolo 2, comma 1, lettera a), del D.Lgs. n. 81/08, in riferimento a quanto previsto all’articolo 37, comma 1 lettera a) e b) e dal comma 3 dello stesso articolo del D. Lgs. n. 81/08 è stata definita dalla pubblicazione dell’Accordo Conferenza Permanente per i Rapporti tra lo Stato e le Regioni e le Province autonome di Trento e Bolzano del 21 dicembre 2011 pubblicato sulla G.U. n. 8 del 11 gennaio 2012 con entrata in vigore dal 26 gennaio 2012. La formazione per lavoratori è composta di 2 moduli: questo secondo modulo della durata di 4 ore riguarda i dipendenti delle attività appartenenti alla categoria di rischio Basso (come impiegati, addetti alle vendite o pulizie).

The training of all workers, as defined by article 2, paragraph 1, letter a), of Legislative Decree no. 81/08, with reference to the provisions of article 37, paragraph 1 letters a) and b) and paragraph 3 of the same article of Legislative Decree no. 81/08 was defined by the publication of the Permanent Conference Agreement for Relations between the State and the Regions and the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano of 21 December 2011 published in the Official Gazette. n. 8 of 11 January 2012 with entry into force on 26 January 2012. The training for workers is composed of 2 modules: this second module, lasting 4 hours, concerns employees of activities belonging to the Low risk category (such as office workers, sales staff or cleaners).
