Employee Assistance Program (PAD)
The exceptional health situation in progress has brought with it numerous victims; however, the social and human implications of the emergency have also involved numerous other people, who have accused very deep psychological wounds.
To deal with this type of emergency as well, we have created a new service called the “Employee Assistance Programme” which will allow you to provide a toll-free number to your employees, who will be listened to by our psychologists.
The service, already highly developed across the Atlantic, but still not widespread in Italy, will allow employees to find assistance and support to better address various issues, including:
Psychological difficulties: anxiety, depression, stress management
Additions: addiction to alcohol or drugs
Family problems: domestic violence, separation, divorce
Workplace conflicts: bullying and harassment, work-life balance
Grief assistance: related to the loss of a loved one
